and will my holland employer need any documents from UK tax authorities for own purposes? i mean, will i need to provide my dutch employer with any paied tax statements from UK?

You will remain liable to UK tax. You will get statements from your employer about your pay and Dutch tax liability: the Dutch tax can be set off as a credit against your UK tax. Assuming that your employer has no place of business in the UK you will not pay UK tax through PAYE, but will have to account for it on a tax return after the UK year end on 5 April.
