When can I get my work permit in Germany
When can I get my work permit in Germany?
I was in Germany until August as a volunteer. After I wanted to stay there as a normal worker. I have found a place where I can work. They asked for work permit, but I did not get it, because I am from hungary, and we have membership with EU later as Germany, Italy, England or Holland. I know, that maybe until 2011 I have to ask for work permit, because I have to wait for the time, when Germany let the hungarian people to work without. But maybe Germany let us before... But when? Has somebody information? 19 hours ago - 3 days left to answer. - 0 answers - Report It The reason why, because I am working in the social sector, and in Germany there are lot of worker who work as a social worker and social pedagogist. Ich war beim Arbeitsamt, und sie haben das gesagt, dass ich darf nicht in Deutschland arbeiten weil es gibt viel Sozialpadagogin und sozialarbeiter(in) in Deutschland. I was at the office which responsible for the work for foriners, and they said that I cannot stay to work in Germany 'coz there are a lof of social worker and social pedagogist in Germany. I worked in this school before one year as a volunteer, so I knew everything about the methods or how the day goes and about the children, and that is why I was better than a new german worker and that is why they wanted to take me not as a volunteer but a normal worker. But the german office do not care, they said that the school need a german worker anyway.

I think, if they need somebody with the job you have, you will get work permit before 2011. I have seen people from East Europe, 2004 in one EU country and they have got work permit. They were not member of EU then.

You should contact the local Arbeitsamt. They can register you, and perhaps advise you on this.

The German government has issued a restriction on all new EU citizens which does not allow them to work in Germany without a work permit in Germany until 2011. Work permits are issued by embassies, not solicitors. Did you check with the Netherlands embassy in your country?

Work permits are issued by the CWI & IND in the Netherlands and an employer must apply on your behalf, NOT a solicitor. Unless you have highly specialist skills which are in short demand in Europe a work permit would not be granted in any case. So then it is likely that they are indeed such another bunch of Nigerian scammers Anyway you don't give any details (address, phone number etc) so it's almost impossible to check, but I did google it and the only listings are from vague 3rd party sites and is the typical scammer style language there, plus they use the Email @lawyer.com. I checked and this is a freemail which anyone can make. NO reputable lawyer in the Netherlands would EVER use a freemail account so this confirms it for me Secondly there is no listing for Rolaart as a business name anywhere in the Netherlands - I checked it with the KvK (Chamber of Commerce) reigster So yes, they are 100% for sure another set of scammers EDIT - I found this http://vanderrolaartparters.en.ec21.com/company_info.jsp and they list their contact details as: Mrs. Annije van der Oosterijp Hoofdstraat 123 Leeuwarden Noord 2543wd Netherlands 31 - 628 - 693618 31 - 847 - 244897 Mrs. Annije van der Oosterijp - very obviously a made up name and too silly for words Hoofdstraat 123 Leeuwarden Noord 2543wd Netherlands - there is no Hoofdstraat in Leeuwarden and the postcode 2543 WD doesn't exist 31 - 628 - 693618 - mobile number - ask yourself why a reputatble firm would only give a mobile contact number 31 - 847 - 244897 - 847 is not an area code in the Netherlands so I assume this is a redirect number which means you can be faxing it anywhere in the world Total utter scammers

Absolutely sounds like a scam, Kevin. When an E-mail offer sounds too good to be true, then it is definitely not true. It is a scam to get your personal information and/or your money, or both! Do not respond to it. Report it, forward it to the FTC at spam@uce.gov and to the abuse desk of the sender's ISP. For yahoo, report them here: http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/mail/ya... Choose Fraud as the reason for the violation you're reporting on. Also, if the E-mail appears to be impersonating a bank or other company or organization, forward the message to the actual organization. And for your E-mail safety, remember: Do not ever open E-mail from people you do not know; and unless you are absolutely sure who it is from then treat them as spam. Opening spam alerts the sender that your address is a valid one and they send you loads and loads more of it to you. Never, ever give out your personal information to anyone, for any reason, whether by E-mail, snail mail, phone call, or at your front door. And do not ever send money, checks or money orders to; or cash checks, money orders for any one - ever.

how much is the salary of a 6 yr aircraft mechanic in melbourne and in sydney ?
hi guys .. i would like to know the difference in pay lets say a guy from melbourne currently working in john holland aviation services in tullamarine.. and an aircraft mechanic of the same level in sydney... which one could save more ?? and any ideas on the actual annual salaries?
