No. Diet pills never work. The same companies always put out new pills every year or so, because none of them work for everyone.

On their own, not likely. As an ingredient in other pills such as Xenadrine, somewhat. But even then, weight loss pills are most effective because they give you a little more energy and most importantly, encourage you to exercise, not because they burn more fat.
