My boyfriend and I would love to move from America to Holland. However there are a few obsticals.... We have 3 dogs and a cat, he is a baker (kinda easy to find a job) and I work in the corporate office of a bank (have no idea what the lending industry is like in Holland). Any suggestions that would make the transition to our dream go a little smoother?

Learning the language is a spiffy idea. Most Dutch are fluent in Dutch, not English. Europe has some regulations concerning the importation of pets which may tie your furry friends up in quarantine for many long months. Make certain that issue is addressed before you pack anything. Save about a year's worth of funds before you go. You may have to live off your savings for awhile before you can find decent employment ~ even for a baker.

Holland has laws regarding immigration. You'd have to check with the government to see what they are and whether you can move to Holland permanently. It may depend on whether they need the particular skills you have. You should check the official government website for Holland. You could also do a search on "relocating to Holland" or some such.
