How does the order of penalty takers work when more than 11 penalties need to be taken in a penalty shoot out?
This pertains to football (soccer). Last night England U-21 took 16 penalties vs. Holland in a competitive match. What was the order of players in the shoot out?

At the start of penelty shoot out the coaches from both teams will select their players 1-11. If all 11 players get their penelties then it goes back to start...1st taker 2nd taker 3rd taker ect. Anto Ferdinand missed the penelty for England.
